Jared W., PCV Cambodia 2024-2026
Jared is dedicating time and energy to a passion-driven project: 
School Connect Cambodia. This platform is built with the sole, uncompromising goal of providing high-quality, bilingual digital education completely free of charge to children across Cambodia. The project features a bilingual STEM hub and a Digital Resource Map. “We are currently utilizing frugal engineering to deploy low-cost Raspberry Pi microcomputers as offline “local cloud” servers, broadcasting a massive digital library directly to students’ devices in deeply rural areas without internet access.”
CAPCA contributed $250 to the School Connect Cambodia project, along with others, which enabled Jared to achieve his goal and upgrade the technology they were using for greater impact.
